A verified Realtor is any Realtor who is registered with the Toronto Real Estate Board. We verify accounts every night. If an agent is not verified, they are unable to request showings on the Schedulock mobile app and website.
With your verified Realtor account, you are able to request a showing for any listing in the Toronto Real Estate Board. Once you select a requested date & time, we send an email to the listing Realtor as well as the listing brokerage office. Through that email, they will be able to accept/decline the showing request. You will then get an email of cofirmation or decline. If accepted, you can then attend the showing, click on the showing on the Schedulock mobile app, select the appointment, and get all of the listing information, lockbox codes, and submti feedback in one spot.
We offer a 30 day free trial for all brokerages to make sure that our system works for them. Once a DLA has been submitted, brokerage listings will automatically be populated into individual agents accounts. You are able to add brokerage administrators who are able to view all of the listings. Agents/administrators then will have to set the showing availability times, showing instructions, and lockbox codes for each property.

We will then need to submit a request to TREB to enable your online booking button link on TREB Stratus.

We verify every agent when they request a showing, so you no longer have to call thier office to verify their identity.

Every time a buying agent wants to book a showing online or through the Schedulock app, you will get an email notification, text notification, and mobile notification if enabled.

You are also able to extend these accept/decline features to your clients/home sellers through email or through the app.
